For the initial meeting with Button Financial, please bring the following
items, as well as the following forms: Questionnaire, Hourly Agreement
and Cash Flow. Please also bring any other appropriate information that
you feel would be helpful in evaluating your financial position.
Income:
- Tax returns for the last 2 years (Personal, Corporate/Partnership, etc.)
- Recent pay stub (or records of income) with year-to-date information,
or all stubs for the current year
Liabilities:
- Mortgage
Balance due
Beginning balance and closing date
Monthly payments (separate principal, interest,
taxes and insurance)
Interest rate and other terms of the loan
Insurance Policies:
- Policies and Statements
