INVESTMENT BROKERAGE ACCOUNT
This form of account provides recommendation, selection, and monitoring of specific
investments by Advisor for a period of 12 months from the date of engagement.
Compensation paid to Advisor is a one-time fee based on the amount to be invested.
Additional services shall be billed on an hourly basis.
