Conflicts of Interest

All has been done to avoid conflicts of interest. Button Financial still has some agreements in place where compensation is derived from a percentage of assets under management. This could present a conflict if a client were to withdraw some of these funds, thereby reducing compensation. Newer agreements are now annual retainers and not based on the assets under direct management of Button Financial.
